Due to the surprise nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at info@nekostop.com as soon as possible.
To be eligible for assistance, claims must be submitted within 14 days of the package's delivery date. When contacting us, please include:

- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
Our team will review your claim and work with you to find an appropriate resolution. Please note that if the item replaced is a blind box, we are unable to guarantee you will receive the exact same toy inside.
Shipping Damage
While we carefully package all orders, Neko Stop is not responsible for damage caused during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within the 14-day claim period and we will do our best to assist you.
