Job Title: Team Member

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Team Member at our Arcadia location. If you are passionate about kawaii or anime culture and have relevant retail experience, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in our store operations as well as other business activities including managing social media platforms, handling e-commerce, participating in conventions, managing vending machines, and hosting live streams.

Basic responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in kawaii and anime culture to better assist customers.
• Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and interact with our online community.

Possible advanced responsibilities:

• Assist with e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries.
• Participate in conventions and events to represent our brand and promote our products.
• Oversee vending machines, ensuring they are well-stocked and operational.
• Host live streams to engage with our audience and showcase our products.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Available to commit to a permanent position with a minimum of 6 months of availability.
• Flexibility to work at least 4 days a week, including closing shifts that ends at 9pm.
• Possess at least 6 months of relevant retail experience.
• Strong knowledge and passion for kawaii or anime culture.
• Excellent cleaning and organizing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce operations or live streaming is a plus.
